Veteran Nollywood actor, Alhaji Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, is dead.
He was 66 years old.
The announcement of his death was made by his family on Sunday in a statement shared on social media.
“With total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, the family of Alhaji Taiwo Hassan Ogogo announces his passing today, 23rd August, 2026,” the statement reads in part.
The family prayed for the forgiveness of his shortcomings and for Allah to grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.
