A fake soldier, one 40 years old Azeez Ali, has been arrested by the police for cutting off the penis of one 42 years old man, Sunday Amoo.
While Ali is of 5 Morgan Way, Igando Ikotun Road, Lagos, Amoo is a resident of 27 Community Street, Oworoshoki, Lagos.
Ali was said to have cut off the penis with a military jack knife, following an argument.
According to a statement issued by the spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command, Mr. Bala Elkana, the suspect was arrested at a pin down point along Berger Bus stop, IBB Way Bariga.
The suspect was said to have impersonated a Naval Officer when he was arrested.
He said the victim was taken to Lagos Teaching Hospital and was responding to treatment.
Elkana said investigation was ongoing into the case of the fake soldier just as he disclosed that he would be charged to court.
