The National Consultative Front, NCFront, has explained that its National Intervention Summit slated for October 1 in Abuja is an all stakeholders summit on electronic transmission of election results in Nigeria.

At the event, it explained, all like-minded stakeholders and leaders of thought would be launched on October 1 to save Nigeria from another round of electoral rigging come 2023.

In a statement issued by Olubori Obafemi, Media Assistant, the group said as for the launch of the Mega Movement Party no date had been fixed as discussions and negotiations were still ongoing “as regards how to make the adopted national party inclusive and formidable ahead of the 2023 by the Merger Committee.”

The group stated further: “However, as point of further clarification, while stakeholders from the Zenith Labour Party, ZLP, especially Dr Olusegun Mimiko, have always been invited to participate in the programme and activities of the NCFront, members of the Labour Party, LP have been tactically avoided due to the face off of the emergent leadership of the party with the Labour Movement to which the NCFront has great allegiance and solidarity.”
