The National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has extended the submission deadline for already completed nomination forms for state congresses from the earlier announced date of Friday, September 23, 2021.
The new deadline is Friday October 1, 2021.
The party said the affected states were Adamawa, Borno, Ebonyi, Kebbi, Kwara, Lagos and Oyo.
The decision of the NWC for the extension of the submission deadline, was said to be pursuant to its powers under the Constitution of the PDP 2017 (as amended).
The party stated that all critical stakeholders and members in states where state congresses forms had not been concluded should be guided accordingly.
