The reading of the book, Reversal Filmmaking: To God’s Bedroom and Back: Untold Story of the Nollywood Revolution, will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 6.30 p.m.
The book is written by Matthew Olusegun Simpa.
The reading will be held at Kongi Harvest’s Gallery, Freedom Park, Lagos.
Also for reading at the same venue on the same day is Reflection: An Anthology of Thoughts on Nigerian Movie Industry – Pioneers, Creativity and Tenacity, written by Femi Akintunde-Johnson.
The event will be moderated by actor and filmmaker, Francis Onwochei, while Femi Odugbemi, a filmmaker, will chair the occasion.
The reading is part of activities of the 23 Lagos Book and Arts Festival which will run from Wednesday, November 15 to 21, 2021.
