Police recruitment: Aptitude test holds on Saturday

The aptitude test for successful candidates in the last screening exercise conducted for applicants into the constable cadre in the Nigeria Police Force will hold on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Police College, Ikeja, Lagos.

The date was announced on Wednesday by the Lagos State Police Command in a statement made available to FrontPage by its spokesman, DSP Bala Elkana.

The command said the names of successful candidates had been displayed at the Police College, Ikeja.

It urged candidates, especially, those that were yet to receive their invitations via SMS, to check their names.

The statement reads:

APTITUDE TEST FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES INTO THE CONSTABLE CADRE IN THE NIGERIA POLICE FORCE.

The Lagos State Police Command wishes to inform the general public, particularly successful candidates from the last screening exercise conducted for applicants into the constable cadre in the Nigeria Police Force, that the aptitude test is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 3rd August, 2019 at Police College, Ikeja, Lagos.

  1. The names of successful candidates are displayed at the Police College, Ikeja. Candidates are to check their names, especially those that are yet to receive their invitation, via SMS.
  2. Shortlisted candidates are expected to be at the venue by 7.00am prompt in white shirt, white short and white canvas.
  3. Candidates are to come along with writing materials, HB pencils, biro etc. for the examination.
  4. Candidates are to note that the recruitment process is free-of-charge and it is in the interest of candidates to desist from any form of examination malpractice.

Candidates not invited or shortlisted for the aptitude test are advised in their own interest to keep off, as loitering or any kind of intrusion by unwanted persons will not be tolerated.
