Students and staff of Oshodi High School, Oshodi Lagos, will on Thursday, November 12, 2020 roll out the drums to celebrate their Director and Vice Principal, Mr. Ola Gabriel Olanipekun.
The occasion will mark Olanipekun’s statutory retirement and last day in office.
It is also his birthday.
The event will be held at Unity Senior High School Hall, Oshodi at 11.00 a.m.
A thoroughbred professional, Olanipekun who is fondly called “Grandpa” by students, teachers and other staff, is sociable yet strict.
He is very popular among the staff and students of the school and generally described as a teacher who has impacted positively on the lives of his students and anyone who encounters him.
