The Court of Appeal on Monday in Abuja suspended hearing of the suit filed by Adams Oshiomhole to challenge his suspension as the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
It would be recalled that Oshiomhole’s suspension was ordered by the Federal Capital Territory High Court, following a suit to that effect by one Oluwale Afolabi.
The court ruled that having been suspended by the state chapter of the party, Oshiomhole had no right to continue to head the party at the national level.
Displeased by the order, Oshiomhole filed another suit to challenge the suit which was scheduled to be heard on Monday.
However, the Justice Stephen Adah-led three-member panel declared that a new panel would be set up for the hearing of the case.
It was announced that a new case would be announced.
