Ondo State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Wahab Adegbenro, is dead.

Family sources told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that Adegbenro died at Federal Medical Centre, Owo, after a brief illness.

NAN gathered that the commissioner was admitted at Crown Hospital, Akure last week before he was moved to Federal Medical Centre, Owo for further treatment.

Adegbenro is a native of Ilara-Mokin in Ifedore local government area of the state.
