The Senator-Elect for Ogun West, Chief Tolu Odebiyi, has described Ogun State Governor-Elect, Prince Dapo Abiodun, as a serious-minded businessman and politician who has deep respect for equity and fairness.
Odebiyi who was congratulating the governor-elect said he was confident that with Abiodun at the helm of affairs, Ogun State would be in safe hands.
His words: “With Prince Dapo Abiodun as governor, Ogun State will be in safe hands. He is a serious-minded businessman and a politician who has deep respect for equity and fairness.
“I am certain that with Prince Dapo Abiodun at the helm of affairs in Ogun State, all the various tribes and districts will be fairly treated.”
Both Odebiyi and Abiodun contested on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, at the polls.
While praising the people of Ogun West Senatorial District for their support during the election, Odebiyi gave the assurance that the people of the area would get their fair share of political appointments and infrastructural developments during the Dapo Abiodun administration.
He expressed confidence that Abiodun would keep his campaign promises.
He urged the people of the state to see the victory of APC as a victory for all and a short route to holistic development of the state.
He said the victory was the beginning of a new dawn in Ogun State and a serious channel to take the state to the NextLevel.
