The Lagos State Chapter of the Old Students Association, NUDGOSA, Nawair-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Obantoko, Abeokuta, Ogun State has completed the renovation of the alma-mater’s chemistry laboratory.
The old students also supplied it with needed equipment.
While handing over the equipment to the principal of the school, the Chairman, Project Committee, Engr. Raheem Ojure, enjoined the staff and students of the school to take advantage of the facilities.
He also encouraged them to make proper use of them even as the West African Examination Council’s, WAEC, examination was fast approaching.
The Chairman, Lagos State Chapter of NUDGOSA, Dr. Lateef Odekunle, expressed happiness over the contributions of members towards the execution of the project, noting that the intervention was commendable.
He encouraged the members to put all hands on deck to ensure the continuous development of the school.
Physics laboratory had earlier been renovated and equipment supplied by the Lagos State chapter of NUDGOSA.
The project was the only one showcased during the convention which came up in November 2018.
It would be noted that Lagos State chapter had earlier donated an electricity generator to the school.
The chairman promised that the Lagos State chapter would complete the renovation of Biology laboratory and supply equipment as its project for 2019.
