May the joy of Easter be felt despite the pain caused by the outbreak of coronavirus in the country and in the world in general.
This is the prayer of the Provost of Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, MOCPED, Associate Professor Nosiru Onibon.
The provost said the prayer in his Easter message to staff and students of the institution on Saturday.
This is as he urged all to observe the stay at home and social distancing directives of the government to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
He also enjoined all to stand with each other, “journeying and struggling together through the long road ahead in these times of crisis.”
Onibon expressed his gratitude to all members of staff of the college “who trustingly open their hearts and give themselves fully for the growth of the college.”
