Lagos State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Idris Salako, has resigned his appointment.
The Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, made this known on Monday.
Omotoso who said the development was a prelude to restructuring of the ministry and its agencies, disclosed that the resignation had been accepted by the governor of Lagos, State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

The information commissioner said the governor thanked Salako for his services to the state and wished him success in his future endeavours.
He was said to have also warned all players in the sector to respect the law or face the consequences of any indiscretion, no matter who the perpetrators might be.
