President Muhammadu Buhari will broadcast to the nation on Friday.
The broadcast will be at 7 a.m. with a repeat at 9 p.m.
All television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are expected to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.
The statement announcing the broadcast was issued by the president’s media aide, Mr. Femi Adesina.
Although the details are not made public, it is expected to be in connection with the general election which holds on Saturday.
