President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment Rabiu Yadudu as new Managing Director for the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN.
The appointment takes immediate effect.
Yadudu replaces Saleh Dunoma.
The announcement of the new MD was made in a statement by the Deputy Director, Press and Public Affairs of the Ministry of Transportation, James Odaudu, in Abuja on Monday.
The new MD is an International Civil Aviation Organisation and Airport Council International accredited International Airport Professional.
He was until his new appointment the Director of Airport Operations of FAAN.
He holds professional certifications in Avionics, Airport Safety Management Systems, Airport Security Management and Air Transport Systems.
