Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, has been named the Chancellor of Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere Ekiti.
The governor of Ekiti State, Dr Kayode Fayemi, made the announcement on Friday as he approved the appointment of members of the Governing Council of the institution.
The appointments take immediate effect.
The full list of members of the Governing Council reads:
- Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN) – Chancellor.
- Chief Afolabi Ojuawo – Pro Chancellor and Chairman of Governing Council.
- Prof. Kola Oladunjoye – Member.
- Mr S. I. Folorunso – Member
- Otunba Kunle Ajayi – Member
- Mrs Jumoke Adamolekun – Member
- Chief (Mrs) Moni Afuye – Member
- Dr Segun Aina – Member
- Dr Adelana Adeleye – Olusae – Member
