The governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, will resume official duties on Monday, September 7th, 2026, following the conclusion of his two-week annual leave.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Media, Mr. Olayinka Oyebode, made this known on Sunday in a press statement.
The two-week leave was part of the governor’s statutory annual leave entitlement.
Oyebode said while on leave, Governor Oyebanji however, attended to crucial matters relating to governance and administration of the state.
“The governor is resuming with a renewed vigour as preparations for the commencement of his second term administration gather momentum,” Oyebode stated.
