Former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke, is the true presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, the Appeal Court has ruled.
The verdict followed the challenge of the verdict of an Abuja High Court by Duke, which declared Professor Jerry Gana as the party’s candidate.
The verdict was given on Thursday.
