Nigeria has recorded 506 new coronavirus cases, increasing the total to 139,748.
The number of cases recorded on Sunday is the lowest in recent time.
The figures were issued on Sunday by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle
Astonishingly, Lagos recorded only 22 new cases while Ondo has the highest number of 90 new cases.
