COVID-19: Nigeria records 501 new cases, total now 78,434

Nigeria has recorded 501 cases of coronavirus, increasing the total to 78,434.

The figures were issued on Sunday by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle.

Lagos has the highest number of cases -218.
