Nigeria, on Saturday, recorded 501 new cases of coronavirus, as the total number recorded so far rose to 15,682.
Lagos leads other states with 195 of the cases.
The figures were given by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle.
