Nigeria has recorded 44 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total to 163,837.

The figures were announced on Monday by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle.

Enugu has the highest figure of 22 with Lagos coming second with 15 new cases.
