COVID-19: Nigeria records 288 new cases, total now 44,129

Nigeria has recorded 288 new cases of coronavirus, increasing the total number to 44,129.

The figures were released on Monday in a statement issued by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle.

Lagos is leading on the table with 88 new cases.

The tweets read:
