Nigeria has recorded 239 new cases of coronavirus, with Plateau State continuing to top the table with 116 cases.
The new cases bring to 54,247 the total number of cases in the country.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, made this known on Tuesday on its Twitter handle.
