Nigeria on Thursday recorded 182 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total in the country to 8,915.
The announcement was made by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle.
Lagos has the highest number of 111 among the states of the federation.
