Nigeria has recorded 162 new cases of coronovirus, bringing the total to 62,853.

The figures were released on Saturday by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle on Saturday.

Gombe came top on the list with 54 new cases while the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has 35 cases.

Lagos occupied the third position with 26 cases.
