Nigeria has recorded 1,041 new cases of coronavirus on Thursday, bringing the total to 81,963.
The figures were released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC on its Twitter handle.
Lagos State maintains the lead with 316 cases, followed by the Federal Capital Territory with 210 cases.
