Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has relaxed the curfew imposed on Lagos State, starting from Saturday.
As opposed to the original 24 hours curfew, the restriction will now be from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.
Mr. Gboyega Akosile, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, made this known on his Twitter handle on Friday.
It would be recalled that the governor originally imposed a 24 hours curfew on the state following the violence that characterised the EndSARS protest in the state.
However, soldiers Tuesday night shot at protesters in the night at Lekki Toll Gate, thus worsening the situation.
Persons suspected to be hoodlums went about on Wednesday burning property and causing panic across the state.
