BREAKING: Sanwo-Olu further relaxes Lagos curfew, says schools remain shut

Lagos State government has further reviewed the curfew imposed on the state following the EndSARS protest which on Wednesday went violent.

This as it states that all schools in the state remain shut until further notice.

The curfew is now from 8.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.

The curfew imposed on Tuesday was for 24 hours.

It was later reviewed on Friday to be between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.

Announcing the latest review on his Twitter handle, the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, said the people of the state should plan their schedule within the period of the curfew.

His words: “The curfew in Lagos State has been reviewed. Restriction time is now 8 pm to 6 am. Lagosians are enjoined to plan their journey times as they go about their lawful businesses.

“Public schools remain shut till further notice.”
