Lagos State government has rescinded its decision to allow the reopening of churches, mosques and other worship centres in the state.
The cancellation followed the increase in the cases of coronavirus.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, made the announcement at a press briefing on Tuesday.
Last week, the governor announced the decision to allow the partial reopening of churches and mosques.
Mosques, it was said, would reopen on June 19, 2020 while churches would reopen on June 21, 2020.
