Former Vice President of Nigeria and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on Wednesday, met with former military president, Gen Ibrahim Babangida (rtd) and former military Head of State, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd) in Minna, Niger State.
The meeting with the two leaders was held behind closed doors.
Paul Ibe, Media Adviser to Atiku Abubakar, however, said that the meeting was fruitful.
The Waziri of Adamawa was said to have returned to Yola after the meeting, ahead of the governorship and State Houses of Assembly election on Saturday.
