The Department of State Service, DSS, has let off the hook, former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, and convener of Revolution Now, Mr. Omoyele Sowore.
They were released by the security agency on Tuesday following the order of the Federal Government.
Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, announced the order to let them off the hook in a statement he issued on Tuesday.
Sambo has been in detention for about four years despite orders of the court for his release.
He was held over alleged financial impropriety and illegal possession of arms.
Sowore was held over alleged case of treasonable felony.
