The Super Eagles of Nigeria on Tuesday defeated the Pharaohs of Egypt 1-0 in the ongoing AFCON championship in Cameroon.
It was Super Eagles’ first match.
The goal was scored by Kelechi Iheanacho in the 30th minute of the opening Group D match in Garoua.
The Super Eagles will on Saturday play their next match with Sudan.
