The Federal Ministry of Information and Culture has announced the postponement of the 2019 Abuja Carnival.
The ministry apologised to all invited guests for any inconvenience the postponement might have caused.
A new date, the ministry said in a statement issued by Joseph Mutah, Chief Press Secretary, would be announced for the carnival in due course.
The carnival was earlier scheduled to hold between November 23 and 25, 2019.
