The Federal Government has declared Friday 19 and Monday 22, April 2019, as public holiday to celebrate Easter.
The Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau, (rtd), made the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government, on Wednesday.
In a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Barr. Georgina Ekeoma Ehuriah, the minister Dambazau called on Nigerians at home and abroad to use the occasion to pray for the Peace, Unity, and Progress of Nigeria.
