The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Edward Awolowo Ajogun, has visited a woman police, Cpl Bolaji Senjirin who was recently delivered of a set of triplets.
In the company of Ajogun, the Ogun CP, to her Kemta residence in Abeokuta Ogun State on Wednesday were the executive members of Police Community Relations Committee, PCRC.
The Commissioner of Police, who expressed his gratitude to God Almighty for the safe delivery of the babies assured the family of his continued support towards the upkeep of the babies since the mother who is an orderly to the CP’s wife is regarded as a member of the CP’s family.
Ajogun also made a cash donation to the babies and prayed that they would live to fulfill their destiny.
In the same vein, the chairman of PCRC in the state, Arch. Samson Kunle Popoola, announced a cash donation of N25,000 on behalf of the committee, while the women wing of the PCRC also pledged to support the family.
The sum of N10,000 was also donated to the family by the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO.
Other officers in the company of the CP are; the D.P.O. Kemta division, CSP Grace Ejiofor, and the Personal Assistant to the CP, DSP Ade Akiti.
The triplets, two boys and a girl, are all in good condition.
