Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, on Saturday paid a visit to Soun Ogbomoso, Oba Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III, in his palace, signalling a truce.
The two traditional rulers are said to have had disagreements over the years.
The visit, according to information, is the first in 20 years.
Alaafin was accompanied by two of his wives, Aya’ba Memunat and Aya’ba Folasade.
The visit was said to have lasted 25 minutes.
