Nigeria, on Tuesday, recorded 176 new cases of coronavirus, increasing the total to 57,613.
The figures were announced on Tuesday by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle.
Lagos State returned to the top of the list with 73 new cases.
