The number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria increased to 26,484 on Wednesday as 790 new ones were recorded.
The figures were announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on its Twitter handle.
Delta State has the highest number of cases of 166.
It pushed Lagos State to the second position.
Lagos has 120 cases.
