Nigeria records 663 new cases of coronavirus, its highest daily record since the outbreak of the disease in the country.
The new cases bring the total number to 13,464.
Lagos State maintained its lead with 170 cases while Ogun State followed with 108 cases.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, made the announcement on Tuesday on its Twitter handle.
