Blue Rose restaurant, a new brand in the Nigerian fast food sector has unveiled its new outlet located at Olowu Street, Ikeja, Lagos.

The restaurant is said to be designed to offer customers healthy food – Continental and African.

The chairman of the restaurant, Alhaji Idris Adamu, said the new restaurant, was born out of his desire to prepare healthy food for the people of Lagos.

His words: “The motivation behind Blue Rose is that so many restaurants don’t prepare healthy food for our people. I had this idea of preparing a healthy food for people of Lagos to eat for a long time. Now, I’m ready to actualise this and that’s why we are launching Blue Rose Restaurant today.”

The chairman explained that the Continental included Italian, Arabian, Chinese and Lebanese food while the African are Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and other African food.

Alhaji Idris urged Lagosians to patronise the restaurant in order to enjoy healthy food.

He extended his gratitude to everyone who made restaurant a reality.

He also appreciated everyone who graced the launching.

A famous Nollywood actress, Ronke Osodi Oke, who was part of the dignitaries that launched Blue Rose restaurant affirmed its uniqueness reiterating the need for the management to ensure the current standard was maintained.

She recommended the restaurant to her fans.
