A 50 years old man, one Sunday Usenobong, died on Friday when he fell inside a melting hot pot while operating a machine at work.
He was a staff of Landcraft Industry Nigerial Limited, Odogunyan Industrial Estate, Ikorodu, Lagos.
According to the spokesman of the Lagos Police Command, DSP Bala Elkana, in a statement issued on Sunday, investigation was already going on over the case.
Homicide detectives had visited the scene and the corpse had been deposited at a public morgue for autopsy.
In a similar development, a 35 years old man, Olatunde Femi, died as he was trapped while operating a machine at Multipak Nigeria Limited located at Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun Lagos.
Homicide detectives were said to have visited the scene.
Femi’s corpse had also been evacuated for autopsy while investigation has begun.
