President Bola Tinubu has met with the newly appointed Service Chiefs.
The meeting was held on Monday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, as part of efforts to strengthen the nation’s security architecture.
Recall that the new service chiefs were appointed last week in a move said to be aimed at enhancing professionalism, efficiency, and morale within the Armed Forces.
Details of the meeting were not disclosed, it is however believed to border on increasing the level of security in the country.
Present were the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Olufemi Oluyede; Chief of Army Staff, Maj.-Gen. Waheedi Shaibu; Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Kennedy Aneke; and Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Adm. Idi Abbas.
