FilmOne, a movie distribution company, disclosed this through its instagram page, @filmoneng, on Monday.

While Akindele bagged the first highest grossing lead actress for her film “Everybody Loves Jenifa”, Wunmi Toriola came second for her film, ‘Queen Lateefah”,

Toyin Abraham clinched the third highest grossing lead actress with her movie, “Alakada Bad and Boujee”.

Tomike Adeoye got the fourth position for the movie, “Ajosepo”, and Eniola Ajao made the fifth highest grossing lead actress for her film, “Beast of Two Worlds: Ajakaju”.

Kehinde Bankole emerged the sixth highest grossing lead actress for the movie, “Funmilayo Ransome Kuti”, while Adunni Ade clinched the seventh highest grossing lead actress  for  “Lakatabu”.

Uche Nwaefuna is the eighth for the movies, “Thinline”, “Silent Intruder” and “The Betrayed”.

Regina Daniel made the ninth highest grossing lead actress, while Gbugbemi Ejeye emerged the tenth for  “Farmer’s Bride”.

Toriola became the second highest-grossing producer with her movie “Queen Lateefah”, which earned her a spot on the prestigious list.

The filmmaker took to social media platforms to express gratitude for the great feat, congratulating her fellow producers for their achievements.

“Grateful still. Congratulations to all the film producers.

“Queen Lateefah is sitting pretty on No. 2. E clear still.

“Congratulations @judithaudu. We did a thing,” she wrote.

The actress further celebrated her successful collaboration with Captain of the Sea Productions, which was recognised as the highest-grossing Nollywood collaboration.

“Grateful for the healthy collaboration for Queen Lateefah with @cinemaxng @iamopeajayi.

“Thank you for making it hitch-free and still healthy. We hope for greater work in 2025,” she added.

Toriola tied with Judith Audu, grossing N365 million at the box office, while Funke Akindele took the top spot with an impressive N1.124 billion.
