]]> The Principal of Orile Agege Community Junior High School, Oko-Oba, Agege, Lagos, Alhaja Mumuni M. R. has bagged a merit award.

She emerged the 1st Runner-Up, Best Principal in Junior Category at the 16th Annual Merit Award for 2022-2024, held by the Lagos State Government Education District 1.

The event was held on Thursday, July 4, 2024, with the theme, “Diversity and Inclusion in Education: Celebrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.”

The event also featured several other awards like the  Best School, Best HOD and Best Teacher among others.

Awards of recognition were also given to Local Government and Local Councils Development  Authorities chairmen, NGOs, retired principals and students.
