]]> The National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has approved the postponement of the North West Zonal congress of the party earlier scheduled to hold on November 20, 2021.

The decision, according to the national organizing secretary of the party, Col. Austin Akobundu (rtd), was predicated on certain unforeseen circumstances that would likely affect the conduct of the congress.

He said the NWC urged all critical stakeholders, leaders and members of the party in the North West and across the country to take note as a new date would be announced in due course.
