The Lagos State Police Command has arrested music promoter, Samson Balogun, popularly known as Sam Larry, as part of investigation into the death of musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, Mohbad.
The Police Public Relations Officer in Lagos State, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, made this known on his X handle.
According to him, Sam Larry was already helping the police in the investigation into the case.
His words: “Balogun Olamilekan Eletu aka Sam Larry is now in our custody. He is currently assisting with ongoing investigation.”

Sam Larry and another musician, Naira Marley (Azeez Fashola) are generally suspected to have had a hand in the death of Mohbad.
The grouse against Mohbad who is also referred to as Imole, was said to have been his decision to quit Marlian Music owned by Naira Marley.
The decision was said not to have gone down well with the two persons.
