Institute of Leadership, Coaching and Strategy joins IFTDO, UK

The Institute of Leadership, Coaching and Strategy, ILCS, has officially been admitted as a corporate member of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations, IFTDO, in the United Kingdom.

ILCS President & Chairman of Council, Dr. Olasunkade Azeez, FILCS and Registrar/Chief Executive announced this in a press statement on Friday.

The Institute of Leadership Coaching and Strategy is a multi-dimensional professional body established as an offshoot of the Chartered Institute of Leadership, Policy, and Strategy, CILPS, United States of America, was registered on September 19, 2022.

The Institute was subsequently registered in Nigeria on 1st December, 2024 with the mandates to regulate and promote the net worth of responsible and disciplined leadership, capacity building and effective strategic thrusts for good governance through just, equitable, and fair society through research, across the strata of the society for the benefit of humanity through advocacy.

The accreditation is part of the Institute’s strategy to affiliate with reputable global bodies to position it with international affiliation for the purpose of national development and members’ professional growth through certifications and networking to increase their net worth across the globe.

The Institute also has affiliations with IFTDO Africa Confederation and National Council for Centre for Management Development, NCMD.
