An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court has ordered the remand of a 35-year-old man, Henry Hensan, in the Nigerian Correctional Service facility for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
The Presiding Chief Magistrate, Mr O.A Layinka, who did not take Hensan’s plea, ordered that the case file should be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions, DPP, for advice.
