President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sacked the Minister of Education, Professor Tahir Mamman, and four others as part of the reorganization to reinvograte his administration’s capacity for optimal efficiency.
The announcement was made on Wednesday in a statement issued by the Presidency on the restructuring of ministries and ministerial portfolios.
Other ministers fired by President Tinubu are those of Women Affairs, Uju-Ken Ohanenye; Tourism, Lola Ade-John; Housing and Urban Development, Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo and Youths Development, Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim.
In the reorganization, ten ministers have been reassigned while seven new ones have been nominated.
